Dj Madison, who has been spinning for about 4 years now, hit the LA scene 3 years ago with her “Counter Culture” house show with April McLellan on Grooveradio.com.
Known for her infectious energy, she can be seen playing at Los Angeles events, openings, parties and clubs playing her style of electronic music anywhere from groovy house to deep sexy tribal house to funky rockin progressive dance infused with all the goods - breaks, techno, trance, and pumping basslines.
Currently planning her European tour Dj Madison will be playing summer 2005 in Ibiza and summer 2004 New York and San Francisco dates tba.
Her inspirations are Sander Kleinenberg, Paul Van Dyk, Digweed, Timo Maas, Eric Morillo, and Swedish Egil. And thanks to all the local comrade djs in L.A. that strive to make it a great scene!
Dj Madison always had a love for dance music – always searching for something different, and felt a constant need to get closer to it. It started at an early age when she would find herself at parties putting together music and making mixes for friends to help create a unique night. Later that music bug exploded on the dancefloor and moved it’s way on up to the decks. Alas the journey continues. Hope to see you on the dancefloor!!
